John Abraham's next remains untitled as the Bombay High Court has ruled against JA Entertainment for using 'Hamara Bajaj' as their title. The popular auto-firm Bajaj Auto filed a case against the production house for using the tagline they were most associated with.
The auto firm emerged victorious in the case on September 21, after Justice S J Kathawala granted a permanent injunction which restrained JA Entertainment Pvt. Ltd from using 'Hamara Bajaj' as the title and even for using it in the film.
The now untitled project is a comeback of the Vicky Donor trio with Ayushmann Khurrana and Yami Gautam playing the leads and directed by Shoojit Sircar.
