Ranbir Kapoor who is still riding high on the success of Barfi is busy with back to back films. While on one hand, the actor is busy promoting Ayan Mukerji's Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, on the other, he is shooting for Abhinav Kashyap's Besharam. Ranbir also starts shooting for Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet from July. However, recently while training for his part in Bombay Velvet, the actor injured his back.
Reportedly, Ranbir was training for his role of a street fighter in the film when he hurt his back while practicing some heavy duty action sequences. Following this injury, the actor has been recommended bed rest for at least a week post which he will resume his training. It is said that Kenyan Mixed Martial Arts expert Ash has been roped in for Kapoor's training.
Interestingly, the film stars Anushka Sharma as a Jazz singer.
